Today I am sharing with you my Orange Glazed Pound Cake. This cake is great on its own, or can be used as the base of any other dessert that requires a pound cake foundation.

This simple to make Syrup is a great addition to your pancakes, waffles or other yummy dish. We had this the other day on fluffy, ricotta pancakes.

Last week I shared some photos of a moose in our back yard. Well, the very next day, there was not only a moose out there, but a moose with her yearling baby bull. When I woke up, I looked out the window and there they were, bedded down by the crab apple trees.
