Here is another Holiday treat that I make every year. I make this not only for my own family, but I will make a couple extra batches and give it out as gifts in jars with pretty ribbon.

I simply love these muffins. First of all, I adore pumpkin. These pumpkin muffins are filled with extra goodies – with cranberries, pecans and oats – making them perfect for breakfast in our house.

A galette is a very simple type of pie. So simple, in fact, that you don’t even need a pie plate to make it in. You simply form the dough around the filling and bake it on a sheet. It is simple, and delicious.
