I simply love these muffins. First of all, I adore pumpkin. These pumpkin muffins are filled with extra goodies – with cranberries, pecans and oats – making them perfect for breakfast in our house.

In the last couple weeks, I have gone berry picking a couple of times with my new neighbors. The first time we went, we picked wild Raspberries and Blueberries. This time, while there were blueberries everywhere…I chose to focus on the wild cranberries. After all…Autumn is coming, and that means CRANBERRY SAUCE!!! Mmmmm.
