Did you know today was National Coffee Day? COFFEE DAY!!!
So to celebrate, I am sharing this scrumptious treat.
Pumpkin Spice Latte

2 shots of espresso (or 2 cups of coffee brewed using double your coffee amount)
2 Tb pumpkin puree
1/2 c half & half
1/2 c whole milk
1 Tb brown sugar
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp vanilla
Whipped Cream & a pinch of nutmeg of pukpin pie spice for topping
Begin brewing your espresso or coffee.
Whisk the milk, half & half and pumkpin together and then add the brown sugar, spices and vanilla. Heat them up over medium heat until nice and hot (whisking/stirring continually). Remove from heat, add in your coffee. Stir it together, and and pour into 2 cups. Top with whipped cream & a pinch of nutmeg or pumpkin pie spice.
