  1. The cake came out delicious. Perfect for the fall, although I did cut back on the amount of maple syrup and used a bit of sugar instead. It would be nice to sprinkle some maple sugar on top. I will next some for the next time I bake the loaf.

  2. An entire cup of real maple syrup? It will taste marvelous, but it will be awfully pricey. At least, real syrup is terribly expensive in my area. But, I'm going to make it anyway.

  3. These are the kind of bread I love to bake on a lazy and chilly afternoon. And I do a lot. But Constance, a cup of maple syrup in it, that is just amazing! Can't wait to try that.

  5. Maple and apple are the perfect pair for fall. I'm going to an apple festival in a few weekends, so I need to pick up maple syrup while I'm there (I hope!)
