Mango Mama Smoothie

This time of year I love the beautiful weather, and this year I am working on getting in shape as well as making further improvements to my diet. The biggest thing for me is to eat more fruits and veggies, and what better way to do that, than in the form of a smoothie? This is my current favorite homemade smoothie. I’m calling it my “Mango Mama Smoothie.” I talked about this smoothie, as well as some of our fun over the weekend in my latest vlog, which you can watch below. Have a wonderful week!

Mango Mama Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 3/4 c frozen mango
  • 3/4 c frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 c frozen blueberries
  • 1/3 c vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 c orange juice
  • 1 Tb local honey (optional)

Combine all in a blender and blend until desired consistency. Add additional juice if needed for "blendability."
