Peanut Butter muffins with little bitty Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups mixed in…how can you go wrong with these?

In our house, we love having breakfast for dinner. I make this casserole in a crockpot on busy days, because there is very little that needs to be done, and if I’m not home, the kids or the hubby can do the other steps for me. Then we can all enjoy this together for dinner.

Yesterday, I shared this photo on Instagram and Twitter, and was blown away by all the feedback I received about it! My favorite being this one: “Yum is right! Brings memories of home and love and comfort and security”

There is little more comforting than a bowl of warm, oatmeal on a winter morning. Instant oatmeal is very convenient, but I am one of those “make it yourself” people and don’t like to buy pre-made mixes. Thankfully making your own instant oatmeal mix is super easy to do!

This week I am featuring Colorado in my #Cooking50States tour. Of course the first thing that comes to mind when I think of Colorado and food, is the Denver Omelet!

This simple to make Syrup is a great addition to your pancakes, waffles or other yummy dish. We had this the other day on fluffy, ricotta pancakes.

The year of 2010 was a very exciting year for our family. I’m going to go through and do a month-by-month replay…… January We went on some local field trips to some beautiful places… We visited a 1700′s church out in the country.
