You know what I really love about coffee cakes? You bake them and they’re done. There’s no frosting or glaze needed, they are already perfect! This treat is a sour cream coffee cake with a filling of slightly sweetened cream cheese. So good, I’ve made three of them this week!

There’s no need to buy the box in the freezer section, when it is ridiculously easy to make it at home.

I just love this bread. It has Mozzarella, Feta, Olives…it is so good, I’d just as soon skip the dinner and have the bread!

Ropa Vieja is a crockpot Cuban dish, and you can make this as spicy or as mild as you like. Since it is a crockpot recipe, it is perfect for a busy weeknight dinner.
